Bus: #44 bus runs along Nostrand Ave. and stops directly across from the Kings-Highway Center.
Train: The Q- train to the Kings Highway station and transfer to the #2 bus which is located on East 16th street.
The number 2 bus should be taken to Nostrand Ave and Ave R and walk one block to Ave S. You can also take F train to Ave. U take number 3 bus to Nostrand Ave.
Car: Prospect Expressway to Ocean Parkway, take Ocean Parkway To Ave S. make left on Ave. S and continue straight to Nostrand Ave. Belt Parkway to Knapp St. -take Knapp St. to Ave. S, make left to Nostrand Ave.
When our centers are closed, these conveniently located After Hours Treatment Centers are available to serve our members health care needs. These centers are equipped to handle non-life threatening emergencies. Most centers are open weekends and week day nights.
